Cellaware started with a belief that warehouse technology could do more for the people closest to the operation. Since then, ChatWMS has grown from an idea into a platform used across live warehouse environments.

2020

Cellaware Is Founded

We founded Cellaware around a simple belief: warehouse technology should be built for the people running the operation, not just the people reviewing it.

 
 
2022

We See What's Possible

When ChatGPT arrived, we immediately saw the potential for natural language to change how warehouse teams interact with their systems and data.

2023

ChatWMS Goes Live

We released the first version of ChatWMS and proved the idea: operations teams could use conversational technology to interact with WMS data.

 
 
2024

Into The Warehouse

ChatWMS entered its first live warehouse environment with Kenco. The successful pilot proved the technology could work inside real operations with real users and real warehouse data.

2025

From Product To Platform

ChatWMS expanded into additional warehouses and entered the UK through our first reseller partnership.
